📦 Delivery within Poland

Orders are processed very quickly – after placing and confirming the order.

Order processing time: up to 1 business day
If an order is placed by 2:00 PM – it is prepared and shipped the same day.

Delivery time: usually the next business day
This means that for orders placed on business days by 2:00 PM, customers most often receive their package the very next business day.

Free delivery for orders over 500 PLN

After the shipment is dispatched, the customer receives an email with a tracking number for the order.

We also ship to countries within the European Union.

🏠 Personal pickup – Szczecin

Personal pickup is available in Szczecin.

To use this option, please enter a note about wanting personal pickup in the "order notes" field when placing your order.

Order preparation time: 1–2 business days.
The date and time of pickup are arranged individually – we will contact the customer via email.

📌 Order Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled after payment is credited (with the exception of cash-on-delivery payments).
In case of a large number of orders, processing time may be slightly extended – the customer will be informed about this.
