📦 Delivery within Poland

We fulfill orders very quickly – after an order is placed and confirmed.
Order fulfillment time: up to 1 business day
If an order is placed by 2:00 PM – it is prepared and shipped on the same day.
Delivery time: usually the next business day
This means that if an order is placed on a business day by 2:00 PM, the customer usually receives the package the very next business day.

Delivery cost: displayed during checkout
Free delivery for orders over PLN 500
After the shipment is dispatched, the customer receives an email with a tracking number for the order.

🌍 Delivery within the European Union

We also ship to countries within the European Union.
Order fulfillment time: up to 1 business day
Delivery time: 3–4 business days (depending on the courier company)
Delivery cost: determined during checkout
After shipment, the customer receives an email with a tracking number for the parcel.

🏠 Personal pickup – Szczecin

Personal pickup is available in Szczecin.
To use this option, please include information about wanting personal pickup in the "order comments" field when placing your order.
Order preparation time: 1–2 business days.
The date and time of pickup are arranged individually – we contact the customer by email.

 - cash on delivery (within Poland)
 - Apple Pay / Google Pay (if available)

All payments are encrypted and secured in accordance with applicable security standards.

6. 📌 Order fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled after payment is credited (with the exception of cash on delivery).
In case of a large number of orders, the fulfillment time may be slightly extended – the customer will be informed about this.
