1. Wash your hair with your favorite shampoo.

2. Apply a hair mask or conditioning product to your hair.

3. Put on a foil cap (e.g., a shower cap).

4. Remove earrings, hairpins, and other metal objects from your hair.

6. Put on the heating cap and adjust it to your head.

7. Set the appropriate temperature and operating time.

8. After the treatment, turn off the device and unplug it from the power supply.
